For large treatment plans, we offer financing options that are customized to each patient’s needs. Financial arrangements will need to be in place prior to scheduling your treatment. For your payment convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks. We do NOT accept American Express.
We have found that managed care insurance plans are based on quantity instead of quality, so they minimize our time with patients. We believe the treatment you need should be determined by you and your doctor, NOT the insurance company.
Therefore, we do not participate with any insurance company. We would be considered “Out-of-Network” with your insurance. Although we do not file insurance claims, we do provide a universal claim form for you to submit for reimbursement. We’ll be glad to assist you in filing your claim or providing any necessary information requested by your carrier.
