Scheduling Guidelines

We strive at all times to deliver services of the highest quality, and make sure we have the time it takes to serve our patients well. Your time is important to us and your appointment has been scheduled carefully, so you may be seen on time.

We realize that every individual has many personal or work commitments that may create scheduling difficulties. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required.

We will call, email, or text to remind you of your scheduled appointment. Our reminders go out two weeks and two days before your scheduled appointment. We ask that you please respond to our reminder by confirming or rescheduling.

If you do not confirm, we will assume you intend to keep your appointment, as you did schedule it with us. We will never cancel an unconfirmed appointment.

If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment. We will charge a fee of $250.00 per hour of scheduled time for all broken appointments, when less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or if you do not show for your appointment at all.

We are open to serve you, answer questions, or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday through Thursday: 8:20am to 1pm; 2pm to 5pm

Friday: 8:20am to 1pm
