Meet Dr. Sina Farzin

Sina Peter Farzin is a highly regarded Periodontist with a diverse background in both the dental and corporate setting. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland before pursuing his DDS degree and Specialty in Periodontics from New York University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Farzin has excelled in both private practice and academic settings. He has served as a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University College of Dentistry and has published research in numerous dental journals. In addition, he has given lectures on implant dentistry and periodontal therapy both nationally and internationally.

In addition to his clinical and academic pursuits, Dr. Farzin has also been involved in product development within the dental industry. He worked for the Osteohealth Corporation, where he aided in the development of bone grafting techniques and video tutorials.

Currently, along with his private practice,  Dr. Farzin works alongside his wife, Nina Deyhim Farzin, at oogie Solutions.  In 2022, they were on the first live episode of “Shark Tank” where they made a deal with Shark, Barbara Corcoran.   His wife, Nina, has developed innovative products to improve infant care, including the oogiebear ear and nose cleaner for infants and the oogiebear 360 toothbrush for developing dentitions.   Dr. Farzin’s passion for dentistry and business development continues to drive his work and push the boundaries of innovation
